Regarding color cards/samples

Due to the material and labor costs required for color cards, the color cards in our store need to be paid for. After purchasing bulk goods, the cost of the color card can be deducted. Our store can send quality samples of A4 paper size for free by SF Express with payment on delivery

Products sold in our store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable without quality issues

Regarding shipment

Our store will ship the goods within one day. Small items will be sent by Best Express, and large items will be transported by logistics

Precautions

Our store will not return fabrics with less than one roll of loose cut fabric without quality issues. For whole rolls sold in bulk, once cut, they will not be returned or exchanged
