■ Regarding Shipment
Under normal circumstances, products ordered and paid for before 16 o 'clock can be dispatched on the same day. However, due to various factors, it cannot be guaranteed that all orders will be dispatched on the same day. We will dispatch within 48 hours.
2) If the shipment is delayed due to irresistible factors, we will contact you via Wangwang or by phone. When you receive our notice of shipment delay, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not wish to wait, you have the right to cancel the transaction and apply for a refund. Please accept our sincere apology.

■ Regarding receiving the goods
1) All the goods we send out are in intact packaging. Please open and check the package before signing for it. If the goods are damaged or scratched by the Courier during transportation, please do not sign for them. At the same time, please contact us immediately.

2) If the buyer signs for receipt without inspection, any problems arising after signing for receipt shall be borne by the buyer.
3) If the mailing address is from an enterprise or institution, or if it is collected by the front desk or the mailroom on behalf of the recipient, please be sure to have a colleague check it in advance before signing for it.
4) When signing for the package, check if the outer packaging is intact and if all the goods are complete. If there are any issues, please contact us in person with the Courier. We believe we will give you a satisfactory response. After signing, any problems that occur when the Courier leaves to open the package will be borne by the buyer. For a pleasant transaction, please pay attention.

5) Before opening the box, please check whether the carton packaging is intact and verify whether the weights are consistent. If the box is intact and the weight is consistent, open it to check the quantity of items. If there are any doubts, do not open the package for now.
