★ Shipping time: For items in stock, orders placed before 5 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, and orders placed after 5 p.m. will be dispatched the next day. If out of stock, our customer service will contact you immediately. For custom-made orders, please refer to the confirmation of our customer service! ★ Regarding quality: Minor thread ends and individual beading flaws are inevitable, and it's impossible for every piece of lace to be exactly the same. Picky friends and perfectionists, please be cautious when shooting!
★ Regarding color differences: All products in our store are photographed in real life. Due to reasons such as shooting lighting and display issues, there may be some natural color differences, but they will not affect the overall appearance. Please refer to the actual product. We kindly ask all buyers to pay attention. Buyers who are sensitive to color differences and cannot accept any color differences should purchase with caution!
★ Regarding signature for receipt: When receiving the goods, please be sure to open and inspect them in front of the Courier. If the quantity is incorrect or the goods are damaged, please refuse to sign for them or contact us directly. Our contact numbers are all on the waybill. If your name has been signed, please fill it out immediately. If you ask someone else to sign on your behalf, you should also communicate in advance. Once you sign for receipt, it means you have approved it.
