The lamp wire is one meter long. Due to the different cutting and welding by each worker, there may be an error of about 2 to 3 centimeters in length. The dimensions must be extremely precise. Those who mind this, please do not take pictures!

After-sales service instructions

Exchange guarantee: Within 15 days of shipment (based on the time on the shipping note), if the packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales, exchange guarantee is provided. The round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer.

Warranty: The defect rate of electronic products is 1%. If the product does not light up within 30 days of sale (based on the time on the shipping note), a video can be provided along with the next shipment

For reissue or cumulative return for repair, the round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Free shipping: Within 7 days of shipment (the time on the shipping note shall prevail), if there are batch quality issues with the products (functional deficiencies, more than 20% of the items are faulty), the return shipping fee will be borne.

Note: Custom-made products and seasonal products are not subject to the "three guarantees" (return, exchange, and repair).

Regarding error: Due to manual measurement, there may be an error of 0-1cm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Regarding color difference: All products in our store are photographed in real life. Due to the differences in mobile phone and computer monitors and shooting lighting conditions, there may be color variations. Please refer to the actual color of the product for accuracy!

Regarding shipping: By default, we use Shentong Express. If you place an order and make payment before 4 p.m., we will ship your order on the same day!
