1. Regarding customization

If you are a customer opening a store or customizing gifts, please contact the online customer service if needed

The custom logo version fee is charged separately. It's 100 yuan for a single color, 200 yuan for two colors, and so on. The laser engraving fee varies depending on the size, ranging from 1 to 2 yuan each.

① No bargaining. Please provide a clear logo image and send it to the customer service for confirmation of the layout.

② Customized gifts and products with logos are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be informed.

2. Regarding logistics:

Customers can specify the logistics. If no specific logistics is specified, Yunda Express, Deppon Logistics, etc. will be sent by default.

● For weights within 10KG, ZTO Express, STO Express, Cainiao Express, Deppon Express, logistics, and express freight are generally sent by default

3. Regarding freight charges:

The quotation does not include shipping fees or taxes. (When placing an order, the shipping fee is quoted for express delivery. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.)

4. Regarding procurement:

● Mixed batch is supported. Please contact customer service for details.

5. Regarding receiving goods:

In case of any quality issues or damage to the product, please contact customer service within 24 to 48 hours after delivery, take photos and send them to us

We will resend it to you. If there is no contact by this time, we will consider it as acceptance passed and no resend will be made. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.
