I. Regarding Shipping and Freight Charges

【 Express Delivery 】 Our company cooperates with Anner Logistics for express delivery. If there are any special circumstances, you can contact our customer service directly. After the payment of the goods and freight is made together, we will ship the goods within 3 days. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

【 Freight 】 The goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be dispatched according to the logistics station provided by the customer (it must be a logistics station available in Chenghai). The freight is generally collected on delivery.

Ii. Regarding urgent orders

Our firm will never accept urgent orders under any circumstances, nor will we accept requests for delivery before the specified date. This is because freight stations and express delivery companies are third parties, and we cannot control their shipping speed.

Iii. Regarding Receiving goods and returns

【 Receiving Goods 】 When the seller receives the goods, please check whether the outer box is intact. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, or has obvious signs of being opened, please open it on the spot to count and verify. If any error is found, please negotiate with the freight station or the express company on the spot for a solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, please do not take away the goods. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, after signing for the goods, it will be regarded as accepting them without objection

【 Return 】1. All the goods sent by our firm are brand new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the outer box is sturdy, intact and clean. During the transportation of the products, there is a possibility that some individual products may suffer from transportation damage, especially in long-distance cities. If there are any minor scratches due to collisions or slight deformation of the product packaging, such damage caused by transportation reasons, we will not be held responsible and will not be used as a reason for returns.

2. Our store only accepts returns and does not accept exchanges. Please accumulate a certain quantity for returns. If the returned products are in good packaging, the value of the goods will be discounted by 80% to the factory (for a few products, the price will be discounted according to the factory's regulations). The buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.

3. If the product needs to be returned due to reasons such as poor sales, not selling as well as expected, or other non-quality issues of the product itself, we will not accept it here. If a return is absolutely necessary, we will refund the customer at a 50% discount off the original price after receiving the goods and taking inventory, provided that it does not affect the secondary sale. The buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
