1. Regarding the signature for receiving express delivery goods
To ensure you receive the goods more quickly and promptly, be sure to check and sign for the goods on the spot when signing for them. If you are unable to sign for the goods yourself, please inform the person signing on your behalf of the quantity and color of the goods. Check the goods on the spot and find no problems before signing for them. If the Courier requires you to sign before inspecting the goods, you can sign first, then take the receipt slip and ask the Courier to open the package to check the goods. After confirming that there are no problems, return the slip to the Courier and let him leave. If you have any questions, you can call the number on the express delivery slip or contact the customer service through Wangwang to explain. If the goods are not inspected and signed for on the spot, you will not be compensated for any loss or damage caused during transportation.
2. Shipping and Logistics
(1) Our store only accepts deliveries by designated Courier services. If you need SF Express or EMS for areas not covered by our store's Courier services, please contact our customer service proactively to pay the additional shipping fee. (We do not accept customer comments noting that our store has not cooperated with the Courier service. If the Courier service does not arrive without paying the shipping fee, please pick it up at the local Courier service.)
(2) Orders placed and paid for before 6 p.m. on the same day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be postponed to the next day. For pre-sale items, they will be dispatched based on the arrival time of the goods. Holidays will be notified separately.
3. Regarding returns and exchanges
Our store supports a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy (within 7 days from the date of signature for receipt). Returns and exchanges can be made if it does not affect the secondary sale of the goods.
(2) Before returning the goods, in order to handle them for you in a timely manner, please write on paper the ID you purchased, your contact number and the reason for your return or exchange.
(3) Please note: All cash-on-delivery items will be refused (the cash-on-delivery fee is twice the normal shipping cost). Our store will not be held responsible for any additional losses caused to you.
