If the product is returned within 7 days without quality issues, our company will accept the return request under the no-reason return and exchange service. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer also guarantees that the product has not been used and that the packaging, gifts and accessories of the product are intact and undamaged, and will be returned together

In case of transportation damage or other issues due to the customer's signature for receipt not being inspected, our company is unable to provide you with a return or exchange service
