1. How is the shipping fee charged?
Answer: By default, it is sent by logistics with the freight collected on delivery. For small amounts and customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, we send by express delivery, with YTO Express being the default option. If you need other Courier services, please contact customer service for modification. The specific postage depends on the quantity of purchase.
2. I have placed an order. When will the goods be dispatched and when will they arrive?
Answer: Under normal circumstances, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours after placement. The delivery time depends on the logistics company. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 days within Shandong Province, and 3 to 7 days for logistics to other provinces. If the time exceeds this period, please contact our customer service for follow-up.
