1. Regarding express delivery/logistics
By default, YTO Express will be sent. (If the default express delivery is not available, please contact customer service through Wangwang in a timely manner. Any costs incurred due to failure to contact customer service and resulting in the package not being delivered will not be borne by our company.) If you note the express delivery, our company reserves the right not to ship. If you need to send by SF Express or logistics, be sure to consult the customer service first to discuss and make up the difference.
2. Regarding shipment:
Generally, orders paid before 13:00 on the same day will be dispatched on the same day (if out of stock, we will promptly notify you through a message on Wangwang). Orders paid after 14:00 will be dispatched the next day (except for holidays). Due to the large volume of shipments, our company does not accept urgent items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Regarding returns/exchanges: (Please communicate with customer service and fulfill the after-sales obligation within 7 days from the date of signature for receipt.)
A. Regarding color differences, odors, and loose threads: All products are photographed in real life. Due to differences in lighting and displays, there may inevitably be variations in color and contrast. Some bags may have a slight smell. Generally, it can be eliminated after being placed in a well-ventilated area for a period of time, or it will disappear after a few uses. Non-loose, broken or extra thread ends are normal phenomena and do not constitute quality issues. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges. If a return occurs, our company will only refund the product price, but not the shipping fee.
B. Regarding dimensions: The details of the product's dimensions have been clearly marked. All measurements were taken manually, and there may be an error of 2 to 5cm, which is normal.
C. Regarding quality issues or incorrect shipment: Please check for out-of-stock and quality problems upon signing for the goods. If out of stock, please take photos and contact customer service promptly. If it exceeds 1-2 days, our company will consider the goods intact and will not handle the re-shipment. If there are any quality issues, please contact customer service in a timely manner for communication. If you need to exchange the goods, please bear the postage yourself (we will not accept all cash-on-delivery parcels sent back to our company). The shipping cost for re-sending will be borne according to the requirements of the platform.
D. Regarding goods that are improperly used, washed or damaged by human factors, our company reserves the right not to provide return or exchange services. Please bear the responsibility yourself.
4. Return/Exchange Process: (Returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of signature for receipt)
For returned or exchanged goods, all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer after the goods are dispatched and will not be refunded.
B. Dear customers, when returning or exchanging goods, please make sure to package the original items well to prevent secondary damage during transportation. If the goods are damaged again during the return and transportation process, our company will directly refuse to sign. Our company will not be responsible for any expenses arising therefrom, and at the same time, our company will refuse the return and refund.
C. Our company promises to support a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy. Please contact our customer service for confirmation before returning the goods. We will not accept returns made without permission. We do not accept surface mail or cash on delivery. Please pay the postage yourself for the refund.
Friendly reminder: When receiving the goods, be sure to inspect them on the spot. If you find that the outer packaging is damaged or the quantity is insufficient, do not sign for it. Just refuse to accept and return it directly. Once signed for, the product is considered intact and no returns or refunds are supported!
