  2. If the items are damaged during transportation, who will be held responsible?

  I. General Rules for Distribution

  1. The goods required by the buyer will be dispatched by our company in accordance with the principle of "delivery upon receipt of payment".

  2. The product dimensions and weight are for reference only. There may be slight deviations in manual measurement. The specific specifications and weight are subject to the actual product.
  3 The freight charges, invoice and other related expenses shall be borne by the purchaser.
  Ii. Distribution Cycle
  Under normal circumstances, we will complete the relevant items within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment and hand them over to the relevant delivery company for delivery. In cases where the order quantity is large, the delivery cycle will be extended by 2 to 5 working days. In addition, the following situations may affect the distribution cycle:

   

  A. You have ordered A wide variety of products, but the styles and quantities in our current stock are insufficient and cannot be fully replenished in time. We need to arrange for production on the spot (we will communicate with you first).
  B. After the order is confirmed but before production is arranged, you temporarily request to change the product structure or proportion;

  1. In terms of delivery, differences in regions, the weight of goods, and the means of transportation will all directly affect the level of your freight charges. (One or two pieces will be relatively expensive.

   

  2 When you receive the notice from the freight company and go to pick up the goods, please check whether the packaging box is intact. If the outer packaging is damaged, you should refuse to pick up the goods and promptly notify us by phone. We will handle the claim matters. If the outer packaging is intact, open the box on the spot and check it. If any parts are missing, refuse to pick up the goods. Ask the other party's staff to issue a certificate, sign and stamp it, and then notify us by phone for verification.
