1. Regarding the minimum order quantity: For all products, if the order amount reaches 1,900 yuan or 1,000 products are ordered, mixed batches can be supported!

2. Regarding quality: People always like to ask how the quality is? This question is really hard to answer. After all, everyone has different requirements and standards for quality. We can only say that all our products are of good quality and low price, and we only send them out after ensuring there are no problems. This is our responsibility and obligation.

3. Regarding OEM processing: Generally, Logo OEM processing and production can only be customized for quantities over 10,000. Delivery will be made within 10 to 15 days after placing an order. For more details, you can contact our customer service.

4. Regarding style and color issues: Generally, we will ship the goods according to the style and color you placed in your order. However, sometimes there may be a shortage. If there is a slight shortage, we will replace it with another style of the same price without further notice. We hope you can be understanding.

5. Regarding shipping: All express deliveries are collected uniformly before 4 p.m. Orders placed on the same day are generally dispatched within 48 hours.

6. Regarding express delivery: We default to using "J&T Express" for express delivery. For logistics, we choose "ZTO Express" for large items based on the region.

7. Regarding solutions for returns and exchanges: Since it is a direct wholesale from the manufacturer and the shipment volume is extremely large, possible issues may include sending the wrong color or quantity of the product, minor quality problems, damaged packaging, damage caused by express delivery, and minor flaws in the product. Online wholesale is not physical wholesale. Once the goods are dispatched, shipping fees will be incurred. A small number of defective items cannot be returned with shipping included. Please accumulate a certain quantity before returning or exchanging.

8. How to replace defective products: If there are defective products and the quantity is not large, please accumulate them first and inform the online customer service at the same time. For example, if the number of defective products reaches 100, please send them back at one time. We will cover the shipping cost for re-sending. We will soon exchange the product you sent back for a new one and send it back to you. This reduces the number of times express deliveries enter and exit, greatly accelerating the shipping speed of our products. Due to the low profit margin and low price of the product itself, if a small number of defective items need to be returned or exchanged, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the return. If you mind this, please do not place an order! If the return or exchange is not due to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by yourself. Return and exchange standards
1. Any single product within 100 pieces is considered a sample order and returns or exchanges are not supported!
Defective products within 1% are considered reasonable. Returns and exchanges are not supported!
3. Stabilize customer orders and support returns and exchanges if there are over 1,000 orders accumulated within half a year!

9. Regarding the discrepancy between product images and the actual product: The images of this product are basically real photos. The actual product is basically the same as what was taken.
