Customization Instructions
Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end hotel, guesthouse, homestay, inn, apartment and other bedding products (bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, bed tail towels, quilt cores, pillow cores, bed mattresses, towels, bath towels, floor towels, bathrobes). All products are self-produced and self-sold. We are a regular manufacturer and can issue value-added tax invoices! All of our company's products are custom-made. Each product is configured and sized according to the hotel bed type. If you inquire about the price, please inform our customer service of your bed type and Simmons height so that we can configure a more suitable size for you. Bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and bath towels can all be embroidered with logos or hotel names. For large orders, we offer free custom washing labels. Please confirm the size and quantity before placing an order. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or refunded halfway.
Production cycle: The production cycle for regular styles is 7 to 10 days. The production cycle for bedding embroidery, towels with store logos, etc. is about 15 days. For specific delivery dates, please consult customer service.
Shipping Instructions: All product prices in our store are excluding tax and shipping. Bulk goods will be sent by market logistics by default, with cash on delivery and self-pickup. If you need door-to-door delivery or advance payment for shipping, please contact our online customer service
1. Regarding shipping fees, the shipping fees for mass goods to various parts of the country vary. The wholesale prices in stores are all factory low prices: excluding tax and shipping fees. 2. For mass goods, we offer dedicated logistics services with default cash on delivery and self-pickup. For small batches of goods, Deppon Logistics (collect on delivery) or express delivery (with express delivery fees collected on behalf) can be used. When submitting the order, fill in the shipping fee as 0 yuan. If you need to pay the express delivery fee or logistics fee in advance, please contact customer service.
Two: Regarding samples, place an order only if you are satisfied with the samples. The quality of the bulk goods is consistent with that of the samples. Samples are defaulted to be paid on delivery by SF Express or by regular express delivery with advance payment. Samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
