【 Customization Instructions
I. Customization Requirements
The style, color, material, specification, LOGO printing method, packaging, box, etc. of the product can all be customized according to the customer's requirements.
2. For our factory's styles, the minimum order quantity for a single single color is more than 100 pieces. For non-factory styles, the minimum order quantity for a single single color is 300 pieces (for reference only, the specific quantity may vary according to production requirements).
2. Free sample making
1. If it is an existing product of our factory, you can directly take a free sample at the entrance of the corresponding product in our store.
2. For products that require sampling, customers need to provide drawings or samples for customization and attach basic product information (such as material, specification, LOGO, detail pictures, etc.) so that we can provide you with a quotation in a timely manner. The sample-making cycle is 1 to 7 days. Depending on the actual situation, a labor and mold fee of 200 to 300 yuan will be charged. After bulk shipment, the sample fee can be refunded or offset against the payment.
3. The sample will be sent to the customer by express delivery.
Iii. Confirm the order
After the customer receives the sample and confirms without objection, they will place an order officially, and both parties will sign an equal and mutually beneficial business contract.
2. Within 24 hours from the signing of the contract, the customer shall prepay 30% of the total payment. The remaining payment shall be settled before shipment. The payment methods can be through bank transfer or Alipay.
3. Our company will produce according to the contract in accordance with the quantity. The mode of transportation will be arranged as per the customer's requirements. We will handle transportation for free on behalf of the customer, and the freight cost incurred during transportation will be borne by the customer.
4. Support for issuing value-added tax invoices (with additional tax points).
Iv. After-sales Service
Due to issues such as quality, we will take full responsibility and solve the problems for the customers at the first time. We will not be held responsible for any time delays caused by damage to the goods during long-distance transportation or factors beyond human control.

For the shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges, we follow the principle that the responsible party bears the shipping cost: If there are quality issues, please take photos and send them to our customer service for confirmation. We will advance the shipping cost for returns and exchanges first. After receiving the goods and confirming it, we will refund the shipping cost through Alipay. For returns or exchanges not due to quality issues, please ensure that the products and packaging are intact and do not affect our resale.
