Regarding the shipping process

After the customer places an order, our company will have the corresponding customer service print the product list and hand it over to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager will then go to the warehouse to count and pick up the goods against the list, and hand them over to the packing person for counting and acceptance. Finally, the shipping person will send them to the express company and check them together with the Courier. After the Courier signs to confirm on the list, it will be packed and handed over to the express company for scanning and shipping And the shipper will bring back the list and hand it over to the account manager for retention

Special Note: As we are a wholesale website, the shipment volume of individual items is fast, and physical goods are wholesales simultaneously. Therefore, it is difficult to update inventory in a timely manner. If no more than 4 items are out of stock, we will ship them directly without further notice. If the shortage is large, we will communicate with the customer by phone. We hope all customers can understand.

Regarding the delivery time

After the customer places an order, the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours. If the Courier is on holiday during holidays, the dispatch time will be extended. After the actual dispatch, the delivery time will vary depending on the city where the goods are received Generally, the goods can be received within 3 to 7 days after they are actually dispatched (in some remote counties, it often takes many transfer stations to reach the buyer, which may take 5 to 7 days). We cannot guarantee that the products will definitely reach the buyer within a few days after shipment because we cannot control the efficiency of the Courier company (or post office) carrying the goods We are even more unable to understand the quality and attitude of the delivery personnel in your area.
