Regarding customization: We can customize the special color and appearance design according to your requirements. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 units. An additional mold opening cost of 2,800 yuan is required for the exclusive design.
Regarding delivery: Orders within 200 units will be dispatched on the same day. Orders between 500 and 2,000 units will be delivered within 3 days. Orders over 2,000 units will be delivered within one week. Customized special funds will be delivered according to the agreed period by both parties.
Regarding after-sales service: Free replacement within 15 days for quality issues (excluding damage caused by human factors), and lifetime warranty. Cost fees will be charged as appropriate for the replacement of appearance accessories.
Warm reminder: Our store refuses all returns and exchanges with cash on delivery! The product must not affect its secondary sales. 2. Product viewing and ordering
After consultation and negotiation, you have a clear demand for our products. To have a better understanding of the selected products, you can contact us to purchase samples or come to our company for a sample viewing.
3. Product Order Signing After confirming the samples, both parties need to sign a sales contract and serve you as stipulated in the contract.
4. Design draft and sample confirmation
After signing the sales contract, in order to ensure the quality of the products, for customers who need to customize products or have requirements for brand text processing, we require them to first confirm our design renderings or actual samples before placing an order for mass production. (The effect drawing and the sample confirmation letter need to be signed.)
After the production effect drawing and sample making of the product are confirmed, we can rest assured to arrange production.
6. Customer acceptance and payment
After the product production is completed, we will take photos of the bulk sample product for your confirmation. You can also request us to send you samples for acceptance.
