I. Performance Characteristics

This product uses high-tech ceramic PTC thermistors as the heating elements, featuring a fast heating rate. The PTC thermistor automatically maintains a constant temperature. Once the temperature reaches the designed temperature of the glue gun, it will no longer rise, which can prevent damage to the glue gun caused by overheating of the heating element, save energy consumption, and achieve the purpose of extending the service life. 2. The electrical insulation strength of this product does not break down when powered on at 3750V/ minute. It can be used normally in AC or DC power supplies ranging from 110V to 240V, without being restricted by voltage fluctuations. It is equipped with an internal safety fuse, making it safer to use.

Iii. Usage Method

This series of products can be applied to rubber strips with diameters ranging from 7 to 7.5 millimeters.

2. Insert the adhesive strip from the rear of the glue gun into the gun barrel, plug in the power supply and preheat for 5 to 8 minutes. Then, pull the trigger and the molten glue can be extruded, and the amount of glue produced can be controlled.

3. During use, if one glue stick is not used up at one time, there is no need to remove it. The next time you use it, you can plug it in and preheat it for 5 to 8 minutes before using it directly.
