2. As our gift boxes are fragile products, we offer compensation for damaged gift boxes, but we do not support returns or exchanges.

       3. The black gift box does not contain interior decoration. If you need decorative items, please purchase them separately.

4. The dimensions are measured manually, and there may be an error of 0.2 to 0.8cm, which is a normal phenomenon.

                                                   Storage conditions

The storage environment for paper boxes should be well-ventilated, dry, away from fire sources, and protected from rain, direct sunlight and contamination. The stacking height from the ground should be more than 15cm. Materials that are not prone to heat and moisture transfer, such as wooden or plastic pallets, should be used. Usually, a dedicated storage warehouse is required, and the temperature and humidity should be controllable. Each pallet needs to have a certain space interval to ensure ventilation.
