Return and exchange policy: If there are quality issues with the goods, they can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. We accept one return or exchange for each order. You can accumulate the problematic goods and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please pay the postage in advance. After we receive the goods, we will reimburse the express delivery fee for 1 kilogram of your package. 2. For products in multiple colors or styles specified by the customer, they will be randomly mixed and dispatched by default. The company will do its best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order remarks. 3. We are a wholesale enterprise. If you are purchasing for personal use (for example, most of the items in your order are bought one or two units), please detour! We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual users.

We support express delivery and road transportation logistics.
Express delivery: For small orders, you can place an order directly. The Alibaba system will automatically calculate the express delivery fee and display the charging standard automatically. If you have a designated Courier company, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will choose the default Courier company for shipping.

Road transport logistics: If your goods are relatively heavy (over 15 kilograms, or not from Jiangsu, Zhejiang or Shanghai regions), we strongly recommend that you choose road transport logistics to reduce transportation costs. For instance, for a 10-kilogram item sent to Shenzhen, the express delivery fee is generally between 40 and 50 yuan, while road transportation only costs 10 yuan. The time it takes for you to receive your goods by logistics and express delivery is almost the same. After the goods are dispatched and arrive, the consignment department will notify you by phone to pick them up at the designated consignment point. Generally, you should pick up the goods within 3 days of their arrival to avoid incurs storage fees.
