"Regarding After-sales Service
1: Product quality issues: Most of our products are tested and pass the inspection before being stored in the warehouse. For selfie stick products, they are inspected again before being dispatched. We strive to minimize the return rate of our products.
But be aware that electronic products are not 100% problem-free, let alone wholesale ones? So it's normal for there to be individual repairs.

2: Bulk product replacement: If a product has quality issues and is not damaged by human factors and is within the warranty period, the buyer can accumulate them. Once the number of defective products accumulates to a certain extent, they can be returned all at once for replacement.
The replaced products can be sent back together with the ordered goods when an order is needed. Our company is responsible for the shipping cost to the buyer after the product is returned for repair. The customer needs to bear the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

3: Return and exchange issues:
Our company supports a 7-day return policy by default. We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of signature for receipt. We provide a 3-month product warranty service (with the buyer bearing the round-trip shipping costs). We do not offer after-sales service for accessories and gifts for the time being. (2) For quality issues of the product caused by non-human factors (excluding surface scratches and defects), if the product cannot be used normally upon receipt of the goods, an exchange will be arranged within seven days. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs (the shipping cost range is 8-12 yuan). For Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas regions, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
(3) The prices of our company's products may change according to market fluctuations. If the product price drops within 7 days of receipt, the price difference can be refunded. No processing will be given if it exceeds 7 days. Please be informed.
(4) If serious quality problems occur in a single mixed batch of products and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our customer service staff for resolution and handling within 7 days after receiving the goods.
