To ensure your peace of mind when using the products of the Liehu brand and to relieve your worries, Yiwu Liehu Electronics Factory has specially formulated this service standard and makes the following service commitments to you. This commitment applies to all products of the Hunter Tiger brand.
I. Warranty Standards for Optoelectronic Products
· 7-day exchange guarantee period
For the optoelectronic products of the Hunter Tiger brand, within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the date on the purchase receipt), if quality problems occur under normal use, customers can choose to replace them with new products or have them repaired. When a replacement is requested, the replaced product should be a new one of the same model and specification as the repaired product. When the production of products of the same model and specification is halted, a product of the same brand with no less performance than the original one should be replaced.
· 3-month free warranty
For the optoelectronic products of the Hunter Tiger brand, within the 7-day warranty period from the date of sale, if quality problems occur under normal use, users will enjoy a 3-month free repair service of the Hunter Tiger brand. The warranty coverage is for the Tiger Hunter brand flashlight itself, excluding the battery, packaging and accessories, etc. When the 3-month free warranty is provided, the customer can deliver the products that need free warranty to our factory's customer service department either by themselves or through a freight company. Generally, the warranty work will be completed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the goods. After the warranty, the customer can retrieve the goods by themselves or the customer service department of Yiwu Liehu Electronics Factory will ship the goods on their behalf. The risks and costs of freight transportation shall be borne by the customer themselves.
Note: For products under the warranty period of the Hunter Tiger brand, customers must provide the purchase receipt with the dealer's seal and the product warranty card as proof. If the customer is unable to provide the above proof, the 3-month warranty service of the Hunter Tiger brand for the product will be waived.
Ii. Explanation of Exemption from Free Warranty Obligations of the Liehu Brand
Please note the following content. Yiwu Liehu Electronics Factory does not undertake the free warranty obligation of the Liehu brand for product malfunctions caused by the following reasons:
Scratches or damages on the appearance of the flashlight are considered man-made damages and are not covered by the warranty.
All flashlights that fail to screw on the threaded part of the interface are due to human damage and are not covered by the warranty.
· Product damage caused by transportation (please contact the insurance company or logistics company for resolution);
Any unauthorized disassembly or assembly of the product, modification or expansion of accessories, use of accessories not designated by our factory, and any damage to the product caused by abnormal use;
· Damage to accessories or product malfunctions caused by customers' unauthorized disassembly of accessories;
· Product malfunctions or component damage, burnout, etc. caused by the product being used in a power supply environment not specified for the product;
