The Courier service will only be sent by Yunda Express. Other Courier services will be discussed later

For bulk wholesale logistics, the logistics fee is paid on delivery and the buyer pays for it themselves. Logistics is much cheaper than express delivery

Free shipping is available for large quantities in Tianjin, Beijing, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning

The shipping fee template shows the shipping fee for 2 meters by 3 meters. If it is less than 2 meters by 3 meters, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee

Due to reasons such as shooting and scanning, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the pictures. The actual product shall prevail. We do not accept color differences. Please purchase with caution.

Since the carpet is packed in rolls, when you receive it and open it, you may feel it is a bit messy. You can shake the carpet vigorously or smooth it out with your hand to make it flat and smooth again.

When you receive the carpet, please check if the packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged or the carpet is damaged, please do not sign for it. Please contact us. Once signed for, the goods will not be returned because it's impossible to determine whose responsibility it is.

The buyer should make a request for return or exchange within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

The buyer must guarantee that the goods to be returned or exchanged have not been used before, and that they are well packaged and clean. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of disliking, being unsuitable, or having slight color differences.

Custom-made carpets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for quality issues.

For returns due to quality issues, the seller shall bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost themselves. When returning the goods, the buyer shall pay the shipping cost first. After receiving the returned goods, the shipping cost will be refunded. If the goods are refused upon receipt, they will be returned by express delivery. The buyer shall be responsible for any losses.
