All products sold by our company are 100% photographed of the actual items. Due to factors such as photography equipment, technology, angles, lighting, and different resolutions of each computer, there may be slight color differences between the pictures and the actual items. Therefore, the color of the goods is subject to the actual items. Please consider carefully if you have strict requirements for the color of the product.

Ii. Product Quality

Gardening supplies are different from traditional handicrafts and may occasionally have flaws such as rough edges.
2. Plastic flower POTS are divided into recycled materials and new materials, so there will be certain color differences. The color of each batch of recycled material products may be uneven. Please pay attention, buyers, to avoid misunderstandings.

Iii. Freight Description
1. We are a direct manufacturer, selling at a low profit margin but in large quantities. Our quotations are all the factory prices of the products, excluding freight and tax.
2. By default, we offer express services such as Best Express and Dafa Logistics Express. If you have a specific logistics company, please inform our customer service when placing an order. All logistics fees are collected on delivery and you need to pick up the goods at the logistics outlets yourself.
3. The shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight and volume. The default shipping fee set by the system when placing the order is for reference only. For the specific actual shipping fee, please contact customer service after placing the order.

Iv. After-sales Service
1. As our company accepts orders from both surrounding areas and online, sometimes we cannot keep inventory in sync. If our customer service finds that the inventory is insufficient after placing an order, they will promptly contact the customer for refunds, exchanges, etc.
2. Plastic flower POTS are fragile items. During logistics, it is inevitable that they will be damaged or deformed. To ensure the interests of customers and eliminate their concerns before purchase, our company has proposed solutions based on the actual situation
Under normal circumstances, the damage rate of plastic products during logistics is within 3%, which is quite normal in the industry. Therefore, the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the customers themselves.
(2) Under abnormal circumstances, if the damage rate during logistics transportation exceeds 3%, the customer shall bear 3% of the loss, and the remaining damaged part shall be fully borne by our company. To ensure the interests of both parties, our company suggests that customers return all damaged products (we do not accept damage reports in the form of pictures). We will calculate the quantity to be borne by both parties based on the actual returned quantity. The portion of the damaged quantity borne by our company will be returned to the customer in cash at the original price. (The shipping cost for returned damaged items shall be borne by the customer.)

(3) For long-term cooperative clients, our company suggests reserving a certain quantity within a certain period of time for unified return to save on return shipping costs. The principle of refund and compensation shall be subject to after-sales service (2).
