Regarding pre-sale issues

1: Regarding the minimum batch size, is mixed batch supported? Is there any limit on the amount? How is the freight calculated? All products can be produced in the minimum quantity specified above, with no limit on the amount! Support mixed batch! Support Alipay transactions! For each product, we have clearly stated the weight. When placing the order, the shipping fee system will automatically calculate it, and there may be a slight error. If there is any problem, please contact customer service in time  

2: Are all the goods sent randomly when they are dispatched? Can I choose the style? Regarding the style and color issues, by default, we will send mixed styles when shipping. If you have any special requirements, please note the style or color (there is a column for you to note when placing an order together, including the item number and style, for example: Y1: black). We will try our best to match them according to your requirements, but it is inevitable that they may be missing. We hope everyone can be understanding. If the color or style is missing, we will send it to you immediately. Please understand! When taking pictures together, there is a column where you can make remarks.

3: Are the products on the shelves in stock? What should I do if there is a shortage of stock? All of our products are in stock for sale. The items shown on the page as available for purchase are all in stock. Please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, a few items have not been taken off the shelves in time, resulting in out-of-stock situations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will refund the out-of-stock or undelivered products to you. Please contact our customer service promptly upon receipt of your goods for handling. We will not notify you one by one here. Thank you for your understanding!  

4: I have made the payment. When can the goods be dispatched and approximately how long will it take to arrive? Due to the large daily shipment volume of our company, we will ship the goods in the order of your payment within 48 hours after your payment. Generally, the goods are dispatched on the same day. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions and the operation procedures of different Courier companies. It usually takes 1-2 days to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and in Anhui. For Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing and Tianjin, it usually takes 2 to 3 days. For other regions, it takes 3 to 5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4 to 7 days. For out-of-province logistics, it usually takes 3 to 7 days! Regarding shipping: All express deliveries are collected uniformly at 5 p.m. Orders placed on the same day are usually dispatched the day after tomorrow. (In short, we try our best to...) We will ship the goods to you in time. As there are still many orders to be scheduled ahead and many customers need to place additional orders or change their addresses, we will sort them out before sending them out! We will arrange for the shipment as soon as possible! Hope everyone can understand!

 Regarding after-sales service and quality issues with returns and exchanges
If any quality issues are found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Fragile items should be inspected on the spot. Signature for receipt is deemed to be in good condition. The problem products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly stick or write on the original factory outer box of the product). Please return 5 to 10 kilograms by regular logistics. The shipping cost will be covered by our company. We do not accept expensive logistics services from Deppon, Jiaji or Tiandi Huayu. If there is any violation, the shipping cost will be borne by yourself. We will not accept returns or exchanges without quality issues

2. Before returning the goods, please communicate with the after-sales customer service first. Please cooperate in filling out the after-sales service form so that we can track your return and handle it in a timely manner.
3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color or style mismatch.

4. For the situation where goods not sold by our company are sent to us, we reserve the right not to handle all returns and exchanges this time, and the freight will be borne by the customer, with the goods directly returned to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: A. The returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete; B Repairs or modifies without authorization; C was not used or stored in the normal way; D color and color are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products that have exceeded the after-sales service period. Seasonal products that have exceeded their expiration dates will not be returned (such as summer fans and winter thermal patches).
6. After-sales service is the company's... For basic services, we are willing to provide you with excellent after-sales service. Meanwhile, good after-sales service also requires the cooperation of our customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods and try to follow the company's regulations as much as possible to avoid affecting our after-sales service to you. 7. Regarding the handling of damaged or quality issue products mentioned above, if the weight does not reach five kilograms and the customer wishes to return them, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
