Try to choose candles with a larger candle surface. When a candle is burning, the more tears accumulate on the surface of the candle, the stronger the fragrance it emits.
● Regularly trim the wick of the candle. A too large wick will affect the release of the fragrance. Trim the wick to a length of 0.5 to 0.8cm while it is burning (please turn off the flame first). This way, black smoke will not be produced when burning.
● Place it in the refrigerator to chill for several hours before use. This can slow down the burning speed of the candle!
When the candle is burning, please avoid placing it in the windward area to prevent the flame from shaking and tilting, which may cause dripping wax or an unattractive appearance. It is recommended to keep the indoor air circulating when burning candles.
If a candle drops on furniture, please wait for it to solidify before removing it. For any remaining wax, you can use a hair dryer or iron to melt it and then wipe it off.
When extinguishing candles, do not blow them out with your mouth to avoid the production of white smoke and a burnt smell. It is recommended that you place a toothpick or a thin short iron wire under the wick, push the wick over to let the wax subdue the flame, and then let the wick cool vertically. This way, no white smoke or burnt smell will be produced, and it will be more convenient and effortless to light it next time.
Avoid placing candles in direct sunlight to prevent them from fading due to prolonged exposure to the sun. When the weather is hot, please place the candle in a cool place to prevent it from softening.
