However, due to the current overly aggressive third-party express delivery and logistics, it is inevitable that there will be some flaws!

After receiving the goods, please be sure to inspect them in person with the Courier before signing for them. If you find any problems with the goods during the inspection (all Courier services support on-site inspection and signature), please report it to the online customer service within 24 hours and ask for the handling method. If you fail to do so, please contact the customer service within 24 hours after the problem occurs! The seller will not be held responsible for any problems arising!

2. After receiving the goods and finding no issues upon inspection, please check for any problems within 48 hours after signing for them. If non-human-induced quality issues are discovered during use, please contact customer service for handling within 48 hours. If the problem is not checked and reported in a timely manner, all round-trip return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

1. Regarding the products: All products sent out will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production, and before dispatch. They will only be dispatched if they are completely qualified. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functions. Our company can only guarantee a 98% qualification rate, and 2% is within the scope of exemption. Pictures and actual products: Over 95% of the product pictures are selfies, which can truly reflect the actual situation of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the pictures and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging method of the products and their outer packaging. Please refer to the actual situation. Due to color differences caused by shooting lighting and manual size errors, please refer to the actual product's marked color, material size and other information for accuracy.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges

We will not accept returns or exchanges on the grounds of disliking the color or style, color difference, not as beautiful as expected, too large or too small, or any malicious or man-made damage.

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, they should communicate and negotiate with us in advance. If the returned products suffer significant damage and loss during transportation, the depreciation expense should be calculated at a 70% to 80% discount (depending on the specific situation). If the packaging of the returned products is damaged or there are few returned parts, the difference in the number of returned parts will be deducted.

The shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. We will not accept cash-on-delivery items.

[Return or exchange due to product issues]

When factories ship in large quantities, it is inevitable that there will be a few quality issues. Products with quality problems or transportation losses can be accumulated and returned for exchange. The freight will be borne by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery.

When returning or exchanging goods, please attach a note along with the returned items. Please note the sender, product issue, style and quantity in the note for the warehouse to verify. If no note is attached, and no contact is made with us within 3 days after the warehouse signature for receipt, it will no longer be processed. Any responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer themselves.

3. Regarding logistics: Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time between us and you is for reference only and does not constitute the content of the contract or a reason for returns.

4. Regarding delivery time: Our company has a basic inventory of all products. However, due to the large number of both export and domestic sales orders, it is not ruled out that some orders may be out of stock. Therefore, a delivery time of two to three days is normal, and we will try our best to arrange for early shipment. If the goods are in stock, we should try to ship them on the same day. If you are placing a large order, the delivery time and payment method need to be confirmed after negotiation with the customer service.

5. Invoice Instructions: All products in our store are marked with prices excluding tax. If you need an invoice (additional invoice/regular invoice), please contact our customer service staff for price negotiation.

6. Our store is targeted at the sales end, not at consumers.
