Iii. Shipping Instructions
Our store's shipping rule is to print the express waybill first, click on "Ship", and then arrange for the warehouse to ship the goods! If you find that your order shows "shipped" but the logistics information is not displayed, please don't worry. It will be dispatched within two days! The specific shipping time is subject to the scanned record of the express delivery, not the "Click to Ship" button at the back desk. Logistics is subject to the updated logistics item number and phone number.
Iv. After-sales Service
Within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please promptly provide feedback on the product information and receiving details (fragile and pressure-sensitive items, whether there is a shortage of goods, and the actual receiving situation). Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any verified false reporting will not be accepted.
(2) If any product with functional failure or other quality issues is found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
(3) When customers receive the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, they need to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged or has other quality issues due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with a fresh seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation.
(4) Returns made on the grounds of dissatisfaction or unwillingness but without actual quality issues will not be accepted.
(5) For all returns due to quality issues, please accumulate more than five returns. The shipping cost for the returns will be borne by our company (we will not accept returns from expensive logistics companies such as Deppon and Jiaji. For the return method, please contact and negotiate with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping cost will be at their own expense. After all, this is a mixed batch, not retail. Please understand each other!
(6) No after-sales service will be provided for stores that receive a rating of 4 stars or less without consultation!
