1: Product quality issues: Most of our company's products are tested and pass the inspection before being stored in the warehouse. When re-shipped, we will conduct random checks on the appearance, packaging, etc. to see if there is any damage before shipment. We try to minimize the return rate of our products, but please note that electronic products are not 100% problem-free, let alone wholesale products. 2: Product Return and repair: In case of quality issues with the product, if it is not caused by human damage and is within the warranty period, the buyer can accumulate the defective items and return them all at once for replacement. 3: Return and exchange issues:
(1) Different products all have corresponding warranty periods. If quality problems occur within the warranty period and are not caused by human damage, new ones can be replaced. (Depending on the extent of damage to the product's appearance)
(2) If serious quality problems occur in a single mixed batch of products and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our trading staff as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving the goods for resolution and handling. Returns beyond the specified time will not be accepted.
