Wholesale Instructions
I. Regarding Shipment:
The order will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment. If there are any special reasons for not being able to deliver the goods in time, we will contact the buyer immediately for handling. We sincerely ask for your understanding. Thank you very much.
2. The Courier services we cooperate with include Shentong, Zhongtong, Huitong and China Post. (If you need a specific Courier service, additional shipping fees will be charged.) The shipping fees vary by region. For more details, please contact our customer service. If you need to send by logistics, please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee. All logistics shipping fees are collected on delivery.
Ii. Regarding receiving the goods
When receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the periphery of the box. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, be sure to open the box and inspect it on the spot! If there is a shortage or damage of goods, please do not take them away first. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
Iii. Regarding Returns and exchanges
1. Returns and exchanges without quality issues;
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, and the damage caused by the transportation of the returned products is significant, a 20% discount will be given to the original price for a refund. We do not provide a return or exchange service without quality issues within one month. If you really have no other choice, you can contact our customer service. Note: (For the above returns, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves. If the items are shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted.)
2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:
Long-term purchase can accumulate wear and tear. Products can be returned or exchanged uniformly
3. Causing damage to the goods during transportation:
When receiving the goods, please be sure to open the box and check it in front of the logistics or Courier. Cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box is not damaged but the contents are. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. A 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will offer the service of reordering and reissuing spare parts for repair, but we will not reissue them separately. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
