"Photo shooting

All the pictures of the lamps sold are taken of the actual items. Due to factors such as different computer monitors, there may be some color differences in the pictures. Dear friends who cannot accept color difference issues, please purchase with caution. Disputes arising from such transactions cannot be used as a reason for returns! Please understand!

【 Delivery Time

After the buyer places an order and makes the payment, the in-stock items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days. Special circumstances (such as legal holidays, custom-made orders, out-of-stock products, etc.) may result in delayed delivery. Therefore, we kindly ask the buyer to consult our salesperson before purchasing whether the product is in stock to avoid delaying your decoration schedule. Thank you!

Non-in-stock items are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 days. For specific details, please contact customer service.

【 Replacement for Damaged Items

Although our product packaging is very sturdy, due to the long-distance transportation and distribution to a second party, there is a certain risk. It is inevitable that the lamps will be squeezed, especially the glass lampshades. If you find that the lampshades or accessories are damaged when you receive the goods, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged accessories. We will send you a free express delivery to replace the accessories.

We will be responsible for our services and products. We will give you a satisfactory answer to any reasonable questions. We believe that if there is a little more calmness, honesty and understanding between each other, and if we all try to put ourselves in each other's shoes, any problem can be easily solved.

【 Freight Description

Buyers can choose either advance payment or cash withdrawal as the payment method. A: Prepayment means that after the buyer and the seller have agreed on the postage, the buyer pays the postage to our factory first, and our factory collects it and pays it to the express delivery company. B: Pick-up payment means that the buyer pays the express delivery company directly when the goods are delivered.

【 Payment Method 】
Alipay transactions are strongly recommended. Don't worry. Users who are unable to use Alipay can choose online banking for transfer and remittance.

【 Transportation Instructions 】
There are generally two ways to ship goods: logistics and express delivery

A: The advantage of logistics is that the freight is low. The disadvantage is that it takes a bit longer. After the goods arrive, the consignee has to go to the freight station to pick them up by themselves. After the goods arrive, the logistics will notify by phone. The consignee only needs to bring their ID card to pick up the goods.

B: The advantages of express delivery are its fast transportation speed and door-to-door delivery (within the express delivery range), while the disadvantage is that the shipping cost is relatively high. If it's not urgent, it is generally recommended to send it by logistics.

Our factory promises: a two-year free warranty. From the date of purchase, if electrical faults occur under normal use of the product, a two-year free warranty service (excluding the light source) can be obtained. The warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts.

The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service:
A. Damage caused by improper use or installation of the power supply;
B. Damage caused by incorrect use or improper repair or modification.
C. Damage caused by incorrect or negligent use of inappropriate accessories.
D. Damage caused by other accidents.

"Regarding Returns and Exchanges

The goods are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return and exchange service. Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days as long as it does not affect secondary sales. Goods that have been disassembled and reinstalled are not eligible for return. Due to the fact that the round-trip logistics may cause certain damage to the packaging of the goods, a packaging fee ranging from 2 to 30 yuan per item will be deducted for returns. If the returned goods are damaged, a certain loss fee will also be deducted based on the actual degree of damage. We hope for your understanding. Thank you
