■ Regarding the products: All products of our factory undergo strict inspection and will only be released from the factory if the quality is qualified. However, the products are not expensive high-end handicrafts. They are stainless steel products mass-produced by machinery. If there are a few silver scratches on individual products, it is a normal damage and does not constitute a quality issue. Note: Products without quality issues cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

■ Size issue: Generally speaking, the dimensions of stainless steel products are not exactly the right size. For example, a 26 cm basin is actually only 25 cm or 25.5 cm, with a difference of about 1 cm. If you want to know the actual size, please consult the customer service. The stainless steel industry is rather special, so buyers are advised to be informed.

 

■ Real object shooting: All pictures of the products in our store are taken of the real objects. Sometimes, due to the difference in shooting lighting and computer resolution, there may be a slight color difference. We will try our best to minimize the difference between the pictures and the real objects to ensure that you can buy cost-effective and reliable goods.

 

■ Processing and customization: For customers who need to customize the logo, once the sample is confirmed to be correct, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Notes

Before using stainless steel tableware, it must be scalded and washed several times with boiling water for high-temperature disinfection.
2. Stainless steel products should not be in prolonged contact with substances containing salt such as soy sauce and soup (or other acidic or alkaline substances) to prevent rusting.
Sometimes, the inner side of stainless steel vessels may develop some red or rust spots due to the influence of substances such as iron contained in the contents. It can be soaked in warm water with diluted vinegar for 30 minutes and then thoroughly washed.
4. Avoid knocking, dropping, colliding and strong impact on stainless steel products, otherwise they may deform, affecting their appearance and usage effect.
5. Stainless steel utensils should be cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water and diluted tableware cleaner. Do not use alkaline bleach, metal loofahs, chemical cloths, etc.
6. To prevent the formation of odors or stains and to ensure long-term clean use, please clean it thoroughly and let it dry completely.

7. Do not touch stainless steel vessels directly with your hands after they have been exposed to high temperatures to avoid burns.

Maintenance of stainless steel kitchenware and tableware
Stainless steel kitchenware and tableware are elegant and stylish, and are deeply loved by everyone. However, when used in places like the kitchen, it is prone to getting stained with grease and is rather troublesome to clean. Now we introduce two methods for removing dirt:
Apply scouring powder to the surface of kitchenware and scrub it.
2. If the scouring powder cannot clean completely, gently rub the stained area with fine sand to remove the stain.
