■ Shipping method: For small items within the province, they are generally sent to Best Express and Yousu Express. For large items outside the province, they are sent to logistics dedicated lines or Anner Zhongtong Logistics.

■ Price issue: We sell at the actual price. There are discounts depending on the order quantity. No bargaining or free shipping is provided unless otherwise specified.

■ Color difference issue: 100% real object shooting. Due to different lighting, the display may have color differences. The color is subject to the actual object.

■ Regarding freight charges: The express delivery fee is relatively expensive when paid on delivery. You can pay in advance. The delivery fee for logistics is the same as the advance payment. Generally, it is paid on delivery.

■ Delivery time: Except for holidays, for small orders, orders placed during the day will be dispatched in the afternoon of the same day, and orders placed at night will be dispatched the next day.

All product prices on our factory's website do not include shipping fees. This is because customers come from different regions, have different quantities, and also vary in weight and volume. Therefore, the prices on our website do not include shipping fees. Please contact our customer service before placing an order. Our customer service will recommend express delivery or logistics based on your order volume (for light goods) or weight (for heavy goods). We will ship the goods after your consent!

Logistics delivery is usually on delivery. Since the delivery fee is the same as the prepaid fee, customers who choose the logistics shipping method generally only need to change the freight to "0" to make the payment directly online. There is no need to wait for the customer service staff to modify the freight. The specific freight will be determined based on the freight company specified by the customer or we will suggest that the customer choose a suitable freight company. Regarding the invoice

All product quotations are factory prices excluding tax and freight. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, only receipts or shipping lists will be provided. Invoices will not be provided. If an invoice is required, the cost will be calculated separately. For specific details, please contact us.

If you request to issue a value-added tax invoice, please note the following points:

The amount remitted must be consistent with the invoiced amount

2. The payment for goods must be remitted to the official account designated by our company

3. Customers must remit the payment to us through a corporate account and are not allowed to remit it through a personal account.

Regarding after-sales service

If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will respond with returns and exchanges. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
