Freight handling

Delivery time
■ As our factory conducts sales both online and offline simultaneously, the quantity of all goods online is not the actual inventory quantity.
Please consult the customer service before placing an order to see if there is any stock available. When there is stock in the warehouse, it is generally dispatched within 48 hours after payment.
When there is no stock available, the time will be determined by the production speed. The actual delivery time is subject to the commitment of the customer service.

All products of our factory undergo strict inspection and are only released after passing the quality test. However, our products are not expensive high-end handicrafts but stainless steel products mass-produced by machinery. If some products have a few silver scratches, it is considered normal damage and does not constitute a quality issue. Note: Products without quality issues cannot be returned or exchanged.

Size description
