1. Color difference explanation: Due to the background of the photo. The color difference and hue of the product may vary due to the difference in light and the fidelity of the computer monitor, which is beyond the controllable range and does not fall under quality issues. The goods are subject to the actual items. If you are very concerned about color differences and minor flaws, please consider carefully before deciding whether to place an order.
Regarding shipment: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, for orders and payments placed before 5 p.m., the goods will be dispatched on the same day. Except on Sundays, if you are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or through Wangwang. When shipping, there are dedicated personnel to check the shipping order and the goods. After confirming that there are no errors, they are placed in corrugated cardboard boxes with more than three layers lined with bubble wrap, signed on the shipping order, and then packed and dispatched together with the goods.
3. Express logistics: We default to sending to ZTO Express and YTO Express. We choose the express service with better cost performance based on the location of the customer. If you need other express deliveries, please contact the online customer service. If the express delivery is not available or you urgently need the goods, please contact customer service to resend it to SF Express or China Post. For bulk goods that must be transported by logistics, please inform the customer of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station. (Sellers weighing more than 15 kilograms have the right to choose logistics to deliver the goods to the city or county where they are located. Customers can pick up the goods themselves.) So that you can pick up the goods in the shortest time and at the nearest place. We solemnly declare that express delivery and logistics are beyond our control. Please do not use dissatisfaction with the service attitude of express delivery and logistics or the length of delivery time as the basis for evaluating us.
4. Regarding signature for receipt: When the goods are delivered, please make sure to sign for them in person. If signed for by family members, friends, security guards, etc., it will be regarded as signed for by the person themselves. Please be sure to open and inspect it on the spot before signing for it. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify the claim with the delivery person or refuse to sign for them.
Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will respond with returns and exchanges. Applications received after this period will not be accepted. If there are no quality issues, no returns or exchanges will be processed. However, due to subjective factors such as personal dislike, a significant difference from the picture, dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction, or the product not as good as expected, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the purchased product.
