1: Regarding the fabric
The fabric is a special wear and tear item and is not a 7-day no-reason return or exchange product. Therefore, once cut, no returns or exchanges will be made. Please carefully confirm before purchasing. Minor color differences, minor flaws, loose threads, personal preferences, and reasons such as dissatisfaction or not having made the wrong purchase as imagined cannot be used as grounds for returns or exchanges
2: Regarding sample taking:
Everyone has a different definition of the thickness and hand feel of fabric. To help buyers purchase the fabric they like, we have prepared fabric samples and color cards. It is recommended that you contact customer service to request a color card sample before placing an order to confirm the color, thickness and texture. For fabrics of the same variety but from different batches and in different colors, there may be slight differences in thickness, hand feel and surface velvety texture in some individual colors. If you are concerned, please purchase with caution
3: Regarding shipment:
After placing an order and making payment for the fabric, we will arrange for shipment within 48 hours at the latest. We will arrange for shipment as soon as possible and strive to dispatch it on the same day as the order is placed and payment is made
The express delivery will be sent randomly. If you specify SF Express or other express services, you can contact the customer service to change the difference in freight charges
4: Regarding packaging:
Bulk fabrics will be packed in full rolls with transparent plastic straps and woven bags for shipment. For loose cut fabrics, they can be simply folded and packed in express delivery packaging bags. It is normal for some loose cut fabrics to have wrinkles when folded during the packaging process. If you cannot handle the wrinkles by yourself, you can consult a dry cleaner or a professional tailor
The following situations may occur during fabric cutting. Please read them carefully, dear friends
All the fabrics are sampled and inspected. In a roll of fabric, there may be minor flaws such as small yarns, stains or small holes. It is normal for a few meters of fabric in a roll of over 100 meters to be unusable. This situation can occur both in physical stores and online stores. If such a situation is encountered during the cutting process, the warehouse will cut an extra part when shipping. This situation is not considered a quality issue return or exchange. Such problems are relatively rare, so dear friends, don't worry. We will not ship fabrics that affect usage
5: Regarding customization:
For custom-made customers, a deposit of 20% of the total payment is required. The minimum order quantity for one color is 1,500 meters. After receiving the payment, the factory will arrange for sample making and can send quality samples of A4 paper size. The production cycle is 5 to 7 days. Goods can be dispatched on the same day after full payment is made!
