Regarding the smell: As the floor MATS are immediately sealed and packaged for shipment after production, there may be a slight residual smell, which is an unavoidable new material odor during production. You can rinse them with clean water and place them in a well-ventilated area for about three days to disperse the smell. If you are concerned about this, please purchase with caution.

Regarding the size: The floor mat is formed by high-temperature foaming in one go, so there will be an industrial error of 1-2mm in thickness, which is inevitable. It is recommended to stack the floor MATS and measure 10 of them with a ruler or tape measure for a more accurate average thickness. The length and width dimensions may have an error of 1-3cm due to manual measurement. Dear friends who have precise requirements for size, please purchase with caution.

Regarding bubbles: The product is an industrial foamed product. During the high-temperature foaming process, some bubbles will be produced, which is a normal process mark and no manufacturer can avoid it.

Regarding invoices: All prices on the page are tax-exclusive. If you need an invoice, please contact the customer service for tax payment.

Regarding shipping fees: Factory direct sales with meager profits, free shipping is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience. All the page Settings show the actual shipping fees. The shipping fees are charged based on the number of express packages, at 7.2 yuan per package. For more details, please consult the customer service.

Regarding returns: Our store mainly offers wholesale services. For bulk orders, there is no shipping insurance and we do not support 7-day no-reason return. Please confirm whether the product is what you need before placing an order. If there are any round-trip shipping costs after sale, the consumer will have to bear them themselves.

Refund only: A full refund can be applied for before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched and the tracking number has been issued, the shipping fee will be deducted when applying for a refund only.
