Our factory will ship the goods according to your requirements. If you have the goods in stock when placing the order but a certain color is no longer available when shipping, and the quantity is large, our customer service will obtain your consent and change to another color. If the quantity is very small, our factory may consider it as a sample order and directly provide you with other popular colors without notice. After all, it's wholesale, so mutual understanding is essential.
Regarding returns and exchanges: (Our company is a wholesale platform and does not support no-reason returns on Taobao and Tmall.)
If you are concerned about the product quality (which is actually a positioning issue), please take a sample first and then confirm the purchase to avoid disputes due to the product not being suitable for return. For non-quality issues and non-custom-made items, returns and exchanges can be negotiated. The round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
For quality issues, free returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
The scope of quality issues: damaged goods, wrong shipments (color, style, size), missed shipments, etc., which make the goods unsalable. When applying for returns or exchanges, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate and handle the situation.
Non-quality issues: Minor color differences due to different batches, minor defects that do not affect overall use. Aluminum alloy is based on quantity and price. If you are concerned about minor defects, please purchase zinc alloy products. Manual measurement of dimensions may have an error of 1-3mm. Please refer to the actual goods received
Most of the color differences come from the different display parameters of their respective computers and mobile phones. On each product detail page, our principle for creating images is to take pictures of the actual product without changing its appearance through PS. However, we have no control over your monitor.
