Ordering Instructions

Step 1: Quotation consultation

Contact the salesperson to inquire about the quotation of the products you need, confirm the material, production requirements, specifications and quantities of the products you are going to purchase, as well as the pick-up location

Step 2: Sample making

For sample making and mailing, both cost and labor fees will be charged. We will offset the payment based on the order situation at the time of placing the order. For customers who place orders directly, we provide free pre-production samples. We also welcome you to visit our company for on-site inspection

Step 3: Confirm the order

After confirming and placing an order, if the contract amount or order amount is within 10,000 yuan, 50% of the total payment must be paid as a deposit. If it exceeds 10,000 yuan, 30% of the payment must be paid as a deposit for the production of the products. We offer online banking transfer payment and Alipay payment. After receiving the deposit, we will produce the confirmed samples according to your order and the company logo text processing content you provided as soon as possible

Step 4: Arrange production

To ensure the accuracy of production and avoid unnecessary economic losses, we will provide pre-production samples before mass production of the products. After obtaining your confirmation, we will arrange for mass production (except for special products).

Step 5: After all products are fully produced, we will contact you for confirmation, take photos for your confirmation or come to the factory for inspection. Once the buyer settles the remaining balance, the warehouse will arrange for shipment

Regarding after-sales service

Thank you for your support. If the goods received are damaged or have quality issues, please contact us in time and send them back to our factory for repair. The repair cost will be shared equally by the manufacturer and the customer
