This 16-inch model is a special specification customized on demand. Once sold, if there are no quality issues, no-reason returns and exchanges are not supported. Please be informed.

Due to size and structural reasons, this style cannot be delivered with the pointer assembled. Customers need to install the pointer manually after receiving the goods. The manual has pictures and text steps, and there is a QR code for the installation video in the box. We do not accept refund applications on the grounds of not knowing how to install it or other reasons. Those who are concerned should purchase with caution!

The clock face has no text by default. Customized logos or text are supported. Customization costs an additional 5 yuan. The text in the picture is a schematic diagram of the customized logo. The actual product may vary.

Distribution price

To ensure the rights and interests of every distributor, all drop shipping products in our store have a minimum price limit. The distribution price and price limit are subject to the information marked on the page under the distribution TAB of each product. Please note that the price should not be lower than the limit price when listing. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the cooperation.

All distribution and consignment shipping fees are paid and collected in full. If there are any discount changes for express delivery or logistics fees, we will adjust them in a timely manner. We operate with integrity and aim for long-term cooperation.

The product detail pages and images in our store are all originally designed by us and are provided free of charge to our long-term distribution customers. However, please note that pages or product images not displayed within our store should not be used at will to avoid infringing upon the rights and interests of other distributors and causing disputes or complaints. Regarding after-sales service and warranty

If the main body of the product is damaged or lost during transportation, we will provide free replacement service. (If there is any damage, please take photos immediately and refuse to accept it.)

For wall clock products, a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy is supported as long as it does not affect secondary sales. The shipping cost must be borne by yourself.

When returning goods, please inform the customer that they must be packaged in their original state and the inner lining accessories must be complete to avoid product damage and rejection by the warehouse. Products with scratches, dirt, damage, or returned in non-original packaging will all be rejected by our warehouse. Please pay close attention. For any special cases, please inform the customer service in advance for negotiation and handling.

Quartz movements are long-life products. All the brands we use are of guaranteed quality in the industry and have all been tested before shipment. Under normal usage conditions, there is almost no possibility of damage due to non-human factors. Therefore, all quartz movements are guaranteed for three months. For orders placed within three months from the date of product receipt, if there is any problem such as non-timekeeping or inaccurate timekeeping, a new movement can be provided for free replacement. For orders placed beyond three months, the cost can be paid to reissue the corresponding parts.

If the customer loses or damages the parts due to their own reasons, or is unable to replace the parts themselves, we also provide after-sales service. The customer only needs to bear the cost.

All products in our store are packaged safely and properly. We guarantee that the goods will be delivered safely to the address where you placed the order. If there is any damage, you can take photos of the outer packaging or the damaged contents and reject them on the spot. Please contact us for replacement or refund. For the delivery address being a consolidated warehouse, due to the uneven transportation conditions of the consolidated warehouse transfer companies and other uncontrollable factors, we are only responsible for the after-sales issues such as damage and loss from our warehouse to the consolidated warehouse address after the goods are dispatched. After the consolidation warehouse signs for the goods, it is regarded as the goods being normally signed for without any abnormalities. If any abnormal conditions such as damage or loss occur during the period when the goods are transported to the customer again by the consolidation warehouse or the forwarding company, please contact the consolidation warehouse for handling.
