Quality Statement Daily-use ceramics, mugs and tableware are all handcrafted products. They are fired at over a thousand degrees Celsius, which involves certain uncontrollable factors. There may be some process flaws and handcrafted marks. Some glaze surfaces may have small holes, bubbles, spots, black spots, etc., which are normal process phenomena and not quality issues. Minor flaws are also allowed in ceramic products. We will do our best to make the products I hope my friends won't be too demanding. (The style of the customized logo is a special edition customization. Orders generated do not support returns or exchanges!)" Be cautious when shooting!
Regarding color differences: Due to variations in lighting and outdoor lighting, it is normal for the product to have color differences. Buyers who cannot accept color differences are advised to choose carefully. The actual color should be based on the physical item received. Color differences cannot be used as a reason for returns or exchanges. Such issues cannot be used as the basis for negative reviews or complaints. We ask for the buyer's understanding.
For the inspection standards and norms of daily-use ceramics, please refer to the relevant provisions of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China "Daily-use Porcelain" (GB/ T3532-1995).
Regarding damage issues: Ceramic products are fragile. If there is any damage within 24 hours of signing for receipt, please take photos and send them to us. We will replace them for free. We do not guarantee that all items sent out will be undamaged. Ceramic fragile items are not eligible for return or exchange. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted this clause.
