Without the foaming agent solution, the liquid film surrounding the gas will not form, and thus there will be no bubbles. Without gas, even with only the foaming agent solution, bubbles cannot form.

Knowledge extension: In the bubble formation system, the foaming agent solution is the dispersion medium, and the gas is the dispersed phase. Only when the gas is dispersed in the liquid can bubbles be formed, and then countless bubbles are composed of foam.
