The rotor of the machine head is a permanent magnet, and the stator winding cuts the magnetic field lines to generate electrical energy.

Due to the unstable air volume of wind turbines, the output of alternating current varies from 13 to 25 volts. It needs to be rectified by a charger and then charged to the battery to convert the electrical energy generated by the wind turbine into chemical energy. Then, an inverter power supply with a protection circuit should be used to convert the chemical energy in the battery into AC 220V mains power to ensure stable operation.

Mechanical connection and power transmission: The horizontal shaft fan blades are connected to the transmission shaft of the generator through the gearbox and its high-speed shaft with an elastic coupling, transmitting the torque to the transmission shaft of the generator. This coupling should have excellent damping and vibration absorption characteristics, which are manifested as absorbing an appropriate amount of radial, axial and certain angular offsets, and the coupling can prevent the mechanical device from overloading. Another type is the direct drive type of fan motor, where the blades are directly connected to the motor without going through a gearbox
