When there are no actual samples

I. Plate-making stage: It is best to send vector files (ai.pdf, cdr). Please inform our customer service staff of your specific requirements: font, height, spacing, color, etc. We arrange for the designer to do the layout. After the design draft is completed, it is sent to the buyer. The buyer confirms the font, character height, spacing, and whether there are any omissions (very important: because once the pattern is set, it cannot be changed). Once the buyer confirms there are no issues, the next step is taken

Ii. Sample-making stage: Select the material (ribbed tape/polyester tape/satin tape/gauze tape/material provided by the customer), determine the ribbon color (select the color number from the color card), and determine the ribbon specification. We will provide color samples of the goods as required and send them out. If you are in a hurry, you can directly take pictures of the samples and send them (please choose carefully. If you are not strict about product quality and color, you can choose this method). After the material of the product is selected, the color of the ribbon is determined, and the printing color is confirmed, the sample-making fee can be arranged and the printing samples can be sent to the buyer once the printing samples are completed.

2. Confirm the bulk sample: After the buyer receives the sample, carefully identify the color, process, and specifications. If the layout is not up to standard, it can be republished (additional layout fee is required). If any modifications are needed, contact customer service again to confirm that there are no errors, and then the bulk sample is confirmed.

Iii. Custom-made bulk goods: Place an order after confirming the sample and arrange for production. The production cycle depends on the order quantity and production arrangement. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days. The time arranged by the customer service when placing the order shall prevail. The production cycle is an approximate time. We usually complete the shipment as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order.

4. Complete the shipment. The process will follow our general shipping method. Please refer to the buyer's notice

When there are actual samples

I. Sample Making stage: The buyer sends the actual sample, and the sample is made directly according to the sample. After the samples are ready, you can send comparison photos to confirm the samples or send the samples to the buyer. If the buyer does not send the actual sample, the process for no actual sample will be followed

Second, confirm the bulk sample: After the buyer receives the sample, carefully identify the color, process, and specifications. If any modifications are needed, contact customer service to reconfirm that there are no errors, and then the bulk sample is confirmed.

Iii. Customized Bulk Goods: After confirming the samples, production arrangements will be made. The production cycle depends on the order quantity, difficulty level and production arrangement. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days. The time arranged by the customer service at the time of placing the order shall apply. The production cycle is an approximate time. We usually complete the shipment as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order.

4. Complete the shipment. The process will follow our general shipping method. Please refer to the buyer's notice.
