Receiving matters

Return and exchange instructions
Please check the style, quantity and quality of the goods within 48 hours after receiving them. Failure to do so within the specified time will be regarded as acceptance without any issues.

1. If the product is returned or exchanged due to quality issues, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us. When mailing, we only accept express delivery and do not accept surface mail. We also refuse to accept cash on delivery for postage. Please inform us of the tracking number after mailing to facilitate our tracking and prevent loss.

For return or exchange issues, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt. Wrap the box directly with tape. If the box is damaged, it will be rejected. For returned or exchanged products, please write your name, phone number and address inside the packaging box. Keep the box well (it needs to have outer packaging), otherwise it will not be accepted

2. Some products support a seven-day no-reason return policy: Please ensure that the product is in good condition, with complete tags and packaging, and does not affect secondary sales! The round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
