If you have a designated logistics company, please note the pick-up address and phone number of the logistics company in Yiwu when placing the order. If you do not have a designated logistics company, we will arrange the logistics for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pick-up point will be very close.

2. The logistics requires self-pickup. If you need door-to-door delivery, please inform us. The charges of various logistics companies are not standardized, and our estimates are not accurate. Therefore, we do not make any valuation and do not bear any logistics costs. We strongly recommend that customers find a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the delivery location by themselves. Yiwu is already the most developed logistics center in the country. We hope that customers can provide a logistics company that satisfies them as much as possible. We are not engaged in the logistics industry and do not understand the unwritten rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics-related matters is only for reference and we do not take responsibility for any "accidents" caused by logistics reasons. The logistics freight is actually collected by the logistics company. We usually choose dedicated line logistics with low freight and safe transportation for our customers. Handicrafts are generally calculated by volume. If any are rejected on the grounds of high shipping costs, we will not accept returns. Our store offers a small profit margin. If the products are damaged during transportation (exceeding 5% of the total goods), both parties will bear half of the cost (the probability of damage is very small). Please accept it before placing an order.
4. Please check the quantity and quality of the items within 3 days after receiving them. If there are any issues, please report them to our after-sales customer service for handling in a timely manner. If you haven't received the goods within 7 days, please contact us definitely!!
