The wheel frame of the AB52 pump head has been modified. The wheel frame of the previous old model was made of plastic, but now it has been changed to a metal one, which is more durable! Parameters of AB52 peristaltic pump
◆ Applicable pump pipes: Applicable pump pipes with a wall thickness of 1.6mm and an outer diameter less than 10mm. If there are no special requirements, the standard pump pipe configuration is 6.4*9.6. The materials of the pump tubes include: silicone rubber/corrosion-resistant composite rubber tubes
◆ Reasonable flow rate: 6.4*9.6 for pump pipe, flow rate per revolution of pump head: 1.5 milliliters. It is recommended that the rotational speed be less than 400 revolutions per minute. (For short working time and sufficient heat dissipation, the maximum speed can be designed to 500 revolutions per minute when necessary.)
◆ Pump pipe selection: Generally, the standard pump pipes are 4.8*8 and 6.4*9.6
◆ Number of rollers: There are 3 rotor rollers
◆ Pump cover color: Transparent
◆ Optional voltages: DC gear motors have 6V, 12V, and 24V; stepper motors have 6-24V; synchronous motors have 110V and 220V (special voltages can be customized).
◆ Motor power: approximately 10W for DC gear motor, approximately 30W for 42 stepper motor, and approximately 10W for 50 synchronous motor
◆ Product weight: The pump head is approximately 92 grams, the DC reduction motor is approximately 134 grams, the 42 stepper motor is approximately 282 grams, and the 50 synchronous motor is approximately 188 grams
