About the sample
We can provide free A4-sized sample fabrics. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. The quality of the samples is the same as that of the bulk goods!

Regarding after-sales service
If a color is less than one roll and the length is less than 100 meters, it is considered loose cutting. Loose cutting cannot be returned. If the entire roll has problems and has not been cut, it can be returned or exchanged! Once cut, we are not responsible! Please be cautious if you mind!
Regarding shipment
There is a warehouse in Shaoxing. If the quantity is insufficient, custom-made (bleaching) usually takes about one Sunday, and dyeing usually takes about 10 days, subject to the current market conditions. The minimum order quantity for dyeing is over 1,000 meters. Free delivery is available in Shaoxing area. For customers outside Shaoxing, if the weight exceeds 50 kilograms, consignment is generally chosen and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer!
Precautions
The fabric has not been cut or processed. If there are any quality issues, please contact us in time and we will handle it for you as soon as possible. As fabric is a special commodity, it will affect its secondary sales after being cut. Once the goods are sold, they can only be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues. Returns or exchanges cannot be made based on personal preferences.
