1. We are a manufacturer, not a distributor. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange for shipment within 72 hours. Please do not rush. For bulk orders, the shipment time will be subject to negotiation.
2. Ordering Notes: If you have any questions when ordering goods, regarding the relevant parameters of the products. Please contact us before placing your order and then make the purchase. 3. Payment Method: We encourage buyers to use Alipay for guaranteed transactions. For mixed batches or small-amount purchases, goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. For any special reasons, please contact us to negotiate the payment method.
4. Regarding shipping fees: The shipping fees are borne by the buyer. For logistics, the payment is on delivery. For express delivery, to save unnecessary expenses, we collect the express delivery fee in advance.
5. Regarding receipt: Please check the items in a timely manner after they are dispatched. If you do not receive the pick-up notice within ten days, please contact us promptly so that we can assist in checking the whereabouts of the goods. When the items arrive at the logistics station in the customer's city for pick-up, the buyer is requested to check whether the packaging is intact and undamaged before signing for them.
