Buyer's Notice

1. Regarding purchase: All products in our store are genuine. If you need to purchase in large quantities, you can contact our customer service for a lower price.

 

              2. Regarding invoicing: Our store can issue value-added tax invoices for our products. If you need to issue an invoice, a corporate transfer is required and additional tax points need to be added (for details, please consult our customer service).

 

3. Regarding shipping: In-stock orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days, with a maximum of no more than 7 days. Due to the fact that the shipping fee template is used for different products, there may be deviations in the shipping fees. Before placing an order, you can contact customer service to confirm the shipping fee. Our store defaults to sending YTO Express. For heavy goods (≥15KG), we default to sending Anner Logistics. If there are any areas where the express delivery is not available, please let us know and we can try to switch to other express delivery services. For customers who request to send via SF Express, the postage will be paid on delivery (the prepaid postage for SF Express on delivery is the same). For customers from Hong Kong and Taiwan, SF Express is the first choice. If there are items prohibited by SF Express, other Courier services can be used, but the delivery time will be 1-2 days slower.
