Order rules

We will ship the goods as soon as the order can be placed. After clicking "Confirm Order", the system will automatically calculate the express delivery fee, and at the same time, you can see the specific charging standards of the express delivery company. Customers who need to send goods by logistics, please be sure to contact us and change the shipping fee to 0. The logistics fee for sending goods by logistics is collect on delivery, and you can pick up the goods yourself. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, you cannot choose between logistics and express delivery by yourself. Our system is set to default to express delivery.

2. Yiwu small commodities: You get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and pictures with an abstract mindset. Products are constantly being improved and upgraded, and some of the product pictures have been processed by graphic designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us for physical confirmation before placing an order.

3. For products with color options to choose from, we will ship them according to the order. For those without color options, they are usually dispatched randomly. Randomness means that we will send them in any color available in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the "Leave a Message for Seller" section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet the requirements so that the warehouse can also see the remarks and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, etc

Ii. Regarding Shipment

All express deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 p.m. For orders placed before 4 p.m. on the same day, we will try to dispatch them on the same day. For orders that require logistics, if you place an order on the same day and need to ship the next day, under normal circumstances, we will dispatch them within 24 to 48 hours. Our cooperative express delivery companies are Huitong Express and Shentong Express. If you need other express deliveries, please contact our customer service.

Iii. Regarding Logistics

We default to sending by Huitong Express. For large items, we can also send by logistics. If you have a specific logistics or express service, please contact our customer service! Logistics requires self-pickup and the postage is paid on delivery. The charging standards of various logistics companies are different. Our estimation is not accurate, so we do not make any valuation and do not bear any logistics costs. We strongly recommend that customers find a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the delivery location by themselves. Yiwu is already the most developed logistics center in the country. We hope that customers can provide a logistics company that satisfies them as much as possible. We are not engaged in the logistics industry and do not understand the unwritten rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference and we do not take responsibility for any "accidents" arising from logistics reasons.

When receiving the goods, be sure to count them clearly in the presence of the staff. If there is any shortage, please contact us immediately! If the consignee fails to get in touch in time and signs for the goods, any problems arising therefrom shall be borne by the consignee!

Iv. Regarding returns and exchanges of goods

Within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt on the waybill), if there are any unsold goods, our company will accept returns. Before returning the goods, please contact the after-sales customer service first. Please fill out the after-sales service form and put the return details in the returned goods to facilitate the tracking and timely handling of your returns.

2. Returned goods must be in intact packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly paste or write on the original factory outer box of the product). Ensure that the packaging is unsealed, unused and does not affect secondary sales (otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted).

3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style does not match, we will not cover the shipping cost.

4. Due to the long processing time for returns and exchanges we offer, we regret that products that have been taken off the shelves of our company cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. For returns without quality issues, our company will offer a 20% discount on refunds. If the goods received by our company are severely damaged, we will provide product pictures to the customer. According to the usable extent of the received products, the after-sales service will negotiate with you for handling. The payment will be transferred back to your Alipay account or to the advance deposit.

Due to the difference in freight charges between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, if you need to return or exchange goods, please contact our after-sales customer service first and both parties will negotiate a solution.

V. Regarding Evaluation

If you are a perfectionist or a buyer with a preference for counters, please detour. We cherish every review. If you are not satisfied with the received goods or have any objections, please be lenient and contact our store to communicate before giving a review. We will definitely be patient and proactive in solving the problem for you. Do not make an impulsive medium or negative review on a whim. We do not accept visits from negative review experts. We will firmly resist any uninvited guests who have received negative reviews threatening to refund our goods.

We recommend using Alipay for payment. Both the payment and the goods are safe, and it will also be convenient for shopping in the future. If it is really inconvenient, you can also choose a series of payment methods such as bank transfer, wechat transfer, Tenpay payment, etc. Before making any remittance, please purchase the product and indicate the payment method so that we can verify the goods for you and ship them as soon as possible after receiving the payment. After remitting, please send us your Alibaba account, the remitting bank and the amount via Wangwang or mobile phone After we have checked the payment and verified that the goods are correct, we will arrange for the shipment.
